Pricing FAQ
Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes. The Free tier is permanent and is designed to be enough for parents who can't afford to pay anything. You can document your case indefinitely on the Free tier.
What happens if I cancel my paid subscription?
You drop back to the Free tier and keep all your records. You won't lose access to anything you've documented. Premium features (AI tagging, advanced reports, etc.) just become unavailable until you re-subscribe.
Do you offer discounts for low-income parents?
The Free tier is the discount. We deliberately built a generous free tier so cost is never a barrier. If you need help, contact us at support@custodybinder.com.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. We don't run advertising, don't have ad partners, and don't sell data to anyone. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of who we share data with — it's basically just our hosting and email providers.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. CSV, JSON, and PDF exports are available on every tier including Free. You own your data.
