What we collect
- Account information (name, email, password, state of residence)
- Case data you enter (records, attachments, notes)
- Billing information via Stripe
- Device and usage data (IP, browser, app version, errors)
- Geolocation when you use features that require it (with permission)
What we don't do
- We do not run advertising
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers
- We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar cross-site trackers
- We do not use your case data to train AI models
Your rights
You can export your data anytime, request deletion, and exercise CCPA/GDPR rights by emailing privacy@custodybinder.com.
